"Long Time No See..."

A lovely e-mail from a friend, *COUGH*jonathan*COUGH*, insisted that I update, so I guess that's what I will do.

Work is going well, I got a "promotion" back in October.  I am now the Employee Resources Director, though since I picked my "title" it doesn't really count for much.  Especially since most of my work on a day-to-day basis is to assist Sheila.  I really enjoy my job and can't imagine doing anything else.  Well, granted, I could imagine not working and just reading books all day long, but that's something completely different.  I plan on taking some accounting classes as soon as I can afford it and hopefully that will make my value to the company a bit stronger

I am well on my way back to a healthy weight.  I had gained a few pounds since the last time I lost all the weight, but now I am only about 4 lbs away from the lowest weight I have been since being an "adult." It's a long road to my "goal weight," but eating healthier and walking everywhere is helping with my overal health.  I am sleeping better and don't have as many aches and pains as I have had in the past.

The rest of my family is doing wonderfully.  My cousin Joe will be getting married at the end of this month, so he will be second of the grandchildren to do so.  As for the first: Anna and Gordie and the boys are doing well, both of the boys are just as cute as ever.  Check out my Flickr if you don't believe me.  There are a bunch of photos there that chronicle the last, oh, year or so since I have posted.

I am awfully excited that I am going to be going to the Tigers game on Monday versus the Red Sox.  One of the chemical vendors that I buy production chemicals from is going to be coming down on Monday and her and I and Mark and one of her friends are going to head to the game.  Don't worry, I plan on taking plenty of pictures.  Hopefully this game I will get to see the Tigs win!

Now, I know that you can't tell because everything looks the same, but I did some coding changes to this page which makes it a bit easier to render the page.  All PHP changes, no "look and feel" changes.

I know you will all be disappointed, but now is the time for me to discontinue my writing.  Sorry, i have nothing else to say...
